Product Description
These official U.S. Navy Secretary Flags are made to official U.S. Navy regulation (Mil-Spec). They measure 4Ft 4In x 5Ft 6In and are available in nylon fabric with appliqued stars and anchor with cotton duck header for outdoor display or nylon fabric with a fully appliqued design and pole hem and fringe for indoor display .
A fully embroidered design on rayon fabric can also be made with a pole hem and fringe by special order display.

Sec of Navy: Base Flag: OG Blue w/ White Stars
Under Sec of Navy: Base Flag: OG Red w/ White Stars
